Made an appointment here for the first time. Throughout my stay for liquid gel fill, I relayed to Ken that my nails were lumpy and uneven. He kept insisting that because his tool was flat that there were no ripples in my nails. When I got home and looked at my nails, they are not smooth at all. After reading the reviews here, I see I should have done my homework first and not used this place. Telling people they can come back and speak with a manager is foolhearted as they should be listening to the customer while they are in the appointment. No need for me to return. I recently visited Noire Nails Salon and am incredibly impressed with the atmosphere here. They have outstanding customer service, too; I love the creativity and quality of the nails. Each nail was a miniature masterpiece showcasing intricate patterns, and I also love this big apple red color so much that it is suitable for the holiday season. They have employees who design beautiful nails, as seen in my snowman design.
