Right now I'm sitting at 60 attack, 48 strength, and 44 defense. Nice guide. Then the Nightmare Zone becomes the fastest experience with overloads and powerups. The Watchtower Quest will get you an easy 15, Magic exp, but has a few low-level non-combat requirements.
