It's main feature is its long, goofy neck, which has seemingly been done so that Raikou now resembles a Brachiosaurus. Suicune underwent a similar transformation earlier this year, changing from a graceful dog into a hulking T-Rex shaped creature called Walking Wake. It's so goofy that Pokemon fans have immediately gone about bullying the poor creature for its new form, quickly drawing up all kinds of silly fan art and memes ripping on its absurdly long neck. Other people have been pointing out that the cloud around its head in its official art makes it look like it's just come back from the vets, though there are quite a few people who are great admirers of Raging Bolt and his goofy new look.
