Paranga is one of those places that has everything going for it. A fantastic location, great decor, attentive service and delicious Sicilian inspired food. George's Bay in St. Teak decking and modern white furniture create a relaxing atmosphere in a stylish setting. Forming part of the 5-star Intercontinental Malta, the service is also nothing short of great.

Chef Michael White just gave us all a delicious reason to book a trip to the Bahamas. In July, the famed resort in the Bahamas welcomed Paranza, the new restaurant by award-winning chef Michael White. The menu continues with the antipasti course with bites of truffled beef tartare with Parmigiano-Reggiano and bottarga; grilled octopus with pancetta borlotti beans and rosemary vinaigrette; and frittura di Paranza, with crispy calamari, shrimp, zucchini, and lemon tocco.
