The sled has ES and new track with studs - clean machine, near excellent condition and a good price. I am trying to determine whether its worth taking the chance to pursue.

What I have not read has been much with respect to the longevity of the engine and machine after these updates were performed. Maybe this is a good thing because those with problems never reported back because the machines were functioning as expected, or because all those with complaints dumped the machines - and those picking them second hand were aware of the previous problems and accepted them. Trying to determine if I am better off sticking to the 09 switchback or whether after the updates, I will be happy.
