One of my absolute favorite things to do in Hawaii is to soak up the majestic ocean views. During my most recent travel vacation to Oahu, Hawaii, I stayed at Prince Waikiki and enjoyed this stunning oceanfront view pictured below straight from my hotel room! Prince Waikiki is a modern luxury hotel located in the Waikiki Marina district. From the airport, it only takes about 20 minutes to drive to Prince Waikiki. Everyone can soak up the views because Prince Waikiki offers oceanfront views for ALL of its rooms and suites.

Prince Waikiki opened in and as of , the sprawling hotel recently completed a massive overhaul, giving interiors some of the most modern style that we've seen in Waikiki. Fabulous views can be had from just about everywhere in the hotel, including the rooms and its lovely pools. The look throughout the hotel is bright and airy, and blends natural Hawaiian elements with locally produced art. Walls are hung with carved wood murals of the healing naio flower, while custom-designed carpets represent the underwater plant life. Prince Waikiki caters primarily to a Japanese clientele, though plenty of Americans from the mainland pass through as well.
I thought the pillows were a bit short in length, but to make up for it, the hotel provided plenty of fluffy pillows. The room was very spacious for 2 people.
After a few days of staying in the central hub of Waikiki, we switched hotels and moved closer to the Ala Wai harbor, which is still only a minute drive from the Waikiki area. Our next destination was Prince Waikiki, an upscale high-rise resort. We stayed there for 4 nights, and it was amazing. I have stayed in this area before, and while I love the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, I like how this area is quieter and less crowded. As we pulled up to Prince Waikiki , you are immediately greeted and assisted by their bellhops.
From World War II museums to street art, outdoor shopping, and the Pacific Ocean, there is something for everyone nearby. Ala Moana Beach and Waikiki Beach are both only minutes away for fun in the water and sun. Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is six miles away while Molokai Airport is 49 miles from the hotel. The rooms at the hotel are modern with floor-to-ceiling windows with great views. The private marble bathrooms have separate bathtubs and showers with locally-sourced amenities from Malie Organics. Rooms come with queen or king beds, blackout remote control blinds, and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. USB charging ports are provided along with bedside outlets.
