The wait is almost over for fans of Vietnamese cuisine who've been looking forward to the opening of a new restaurant in the heart of downtown Binghamton. Pho Nomenal is expected to start operations within the next few weeks. The restaurant will be located on the State Street side of the 20 Hawley Street complex, which has student housing on the upper floors. Nha Tran of Endicott is one of the owners of Pho Nomenal. The food here is excellent and the service is even better!!! I was introduced to the mother which does all the cooking and needless to say makes one of the best Special Pho broths I have ever had!!
