Its been going on for 2 weeks, too long to explain. Terrible I made a mistake purchasing there services and no one has recongized my issues. No customer service no human to talk with. I would like to increase my data. I got to be honest terrible customer service. Im just trying to increase my data, thats all. If someone can give me a call back. Public mobile over charged me 4 times more and I cant get refund there is no customer service to answer and I never recommend public mobile to anyone. Frustrating, annoying and totally useless. I only got a computerized response to any action I tried to eradicate my delema.
