My bike is like new now. Maddy and Cam helped me out. Their customer service was amazing I have lived in the state a long time, nearly my whole life and have never been to REI until today. Last year i did a couple of online orders with them because my daughter took up climbing and I dislike writing bad reviews, but I was left with no choice today. REI used to be an awesome store about 8 or 10 years ago. The Ft Collins store now, is absolute garbage, they pretty much carry clothes and backpacks, and some if their own brand of mtn bikes Great place to shop for horse stuff! They have a great selection and can order things for you.
