It is beyond belief that a hotel within the Siwssotel franchise would be this bad, they should have been mortified by the feedback but they didn't even realize the situation and were so agressive instead of being apologetic. Wonderful hotel specially the room size, very good Breakfast, helpful Staff, I highly recommended this hotel, with great pleasure.
