The Greenery is a family-owned and operated business that is open to the public from the end of February to the end of June each year. For over 40 years we have grown one of the largest selections of garden plants at our Okanagan nursery. In two acres of greenhouses, we are growing crops all year in preparation for the following season. Growing all year allows us to keep a small full time staff, benefitting a family-type working atmosphere and our community's economy. It is very important to us to grow all plants right here in the Okanagan. This not only improves plant quality and availability but also saves on long distance trucking.

Best gardening shop in kelowna, Great selection and great prices! Looking forward to the spring to make my garden thrive!!! Have to keep in doors for a couple weeks if you shop early in the season opening. If you like plants, they've got plants. So many plants. All the plants. Like actually all of them. Biggest variety of plants I've seen for just about anywhere. Much of their stock can be seasonal, but they definitely know what they're doing.

When it comes to cool season varieties and perennials, we are able to adapt them to our local climate during the growing process allowing us to offer a hardened-off plant that is better suited for Okanagan Valley conditions. Also vegetables transplants including over varieties of tomatoes and 80 varieties of peppers, herbs, berries, perennials, and grasses. In addition to an extensive collection of garden plants, you will find potting soil, soil amendments, peat moss, fertilizers, seeds, lawn care, pots, garden tools, and much more!
