One of my top restaurant recommendations in all of Rome is Tonnarello — so much so that it gets a whole post dedicated to it! This post is Part 2 to our first Saturday in Tonnarello.

But today that if the day survives, who respects her more admonition? Our workhorse are the Tonnarelli. Then the saltimbocca alla romana, the lamb, the oxtail, the meatballs for all tastes. Each ingredient is carefully selected, the presentation of the dishes is never left to chance, and our guys in the dining room are trained to give you the best of experiences. What we want to do at Tonnarello is to give you the best possible experience, to make you rediscover traditional dishes with our personal interpretation; without upsetting, but giving our touch to dishes that have been in our DNA for generations. It seems everyone loves Tonnarello. With 4. We intentionally went at an odd time around 3 pm and the line looked long but the host said the wait was only about 25 minutes. And he was spot on. There were two lines, one for parties of two, and one for parties bigger than two. Tonnarello is very misleading in size. They have basically that whole little piazza.
