Excellent customer service from Tredz, very simple online ordering process using the cyclescheme certificate. Had to take it to the local bike shop for indexing Feb 21, Flag as inappropriate. Bike needed a bit of adjusting by a mechanic. Supply issues, stock was low. Very good. Nov 17, Flag as inappropriate. The process is insane not Tredz fault. I had to change my retailer because the bike I wanted was no longer available. Everything went very smoothly and deliverly was quick. The level of service I received from Tredz, was second to none.
