Joshua Eugene Bean, 27, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one felony count of child neglect resulting in injury; and one felony count of gross child neglect creating serious risk of death or serious bodily injury. Michelle Dawn Bean, 21, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one felony count of child neglect resulting in injury; and one felony count of gross child neglect creating serious risk of death or serious bodily injury. Michelle Lee Tomey, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny; one felony count of entry of a building other than a dwelling; and one felony count of conspiracy.
