We have developed our own gluten free breading recipe and have 2 of our 3 deep fryers dedicated gluten free.

Excellent food and awesome counter service from the staff. We had the strips which were huge with cheerwine bbq sauce and sweet chili sauce. The mac and cheese is really good and not some boxed stuff. We will definitely be back. April The restaurant is bright and clean.

On safety —We use 2 dedicated gluten free fryers. We mark items as gluten free. They have the best GF fried chicken I have ever tried. And the other options are very good. Highly recommend! This place has a huge gluten free menu. I love the fried chicken breast and potato wedges. The biscuits are delicious as is the waffle. Chicken is so moist. As GF fried chicken is rare in eastern TN, thats what we ordered - and it was quite good, the crunch was there, and the chicken was good quality, tasty, and sizable pieces. Got waffles with the chicken, and liked the texture and quality. It was Saturday and they had made some of their Sunday Special cinnamon rolls, so we got those, a couple of biscuits and some banana pudding - expecting to have plenty to take home, and we weren't disappointed.

Review We had a wonderful gluten free meal! We take the tastiest pickles we can find then dredge them in our own breading.

Some of the best food I've had since moving to Tennessee from SoCal. I recommend their garlic soy ginger sauce with a side of broccolini. Their chicken and banana pudding are also amazing! We will definitely be regulars there. December Excellent gluten free menu with all the things you've been missing! Will be our frequent favorite when visiting Johnson City!

We do serve our Fried Chicken on white bread Nashville Style. If you don't want the bread, be sure to let us know and we'll gladly leave it off! We also offer a Gluten Free Waffle! These are made from scratch using rice flours, arrowroot, xanthum gum, eggs, milk and other ingredients. We now offer Gluten Free Biscuits. These are made in house and are available daily. Not only are they Gluten free but these are Corn Free as well.
