I was just disappointed at the 2 defects in it and it actually had quite a bit of weight to it. Screws would come through the Wood around the platform and ehich makes the bed collapse It's sturdy and she finds it very comfortable. I bought this platform bed basically because the price was very good, and it was all I could fit into my budget. This frame was very easy to assemble, the color matched our bedroom perfectly and so far it has held up to my dog's roughhousing! Also very sturdy. I love that I did it by myself! I've laid in her bed and it's real sturdy and nice. The price was excellent. I'm only giving it 4 stars because there are a some minor problems that made putting it together a little more difficult than it should have been.
