The Raging Blow build follows similar gameplay to that of Shadowlands, focusing on Raging Blow casts and resets to make up the majority of your global cooldowns. The Annihilator build is a new addition in Dragonflight which builds on the talent Storm of Swords to remove Raging Blow entirely, replacing its place in the rotation with a combination of Bloodthirst , Slam , and Whirlwind , along with a large boost to passive damage and Rage generation. Both are engaging rotations, with the Annihilator build path also featuring strong multitarget synergy, although at the expense of more short rotational cooldowns to manage. From Patch 9.
