My wife and I had our best dinner in Vegas at Yellowtail. The Tuna pizza not really a pizza was delicate and flavorful. The crab springroll was sharp in flavor and texture as was the spicy tune spring roll.

The menu features seasonal fish and ingredients flown in daily from the finest markets and purveyors around the world, offering guests an array of preparation styles, from raw seafood to hour braised Wagyu beef.
