Recently, my original ear tip got ripped and fell off, so I attempted to put on a new one. However, I could not get the open end of the ear tip to attach to the pod. I could never get it to 'click' and I ended up tearing the ear tip. Long story, short - I ended up tearing three ear tips trying so hard to push it onto the pod to attach. I looked up videos and instructions and I'm not doing anything different.
