Just had a beautiful Unravel yoga class held by Dan who is a fabulous teacher. It was relaxing and energetic at the same time, and I feel like it's set me up for the weekend in the best possible way. Eva and her teachers are so intuitive, caring, competent, and an amazing gift to the Elwood area. The yoga space is beautiful and relaxing right next to the beach. It has a great sense of community as well.
